Plastic Tubes/Plastic Sleeve is a rigid plastic tube used as a spacer between form-work that allows the tie bar to be removed for re-use.
Plastic cones are used on both ends of the plastic spacer tube and can easily beremoved leaving a tapered finish allowing easy grouting and correct cover.
